"We know that for patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction, we need to use the four foundation therapies, ASCE inhibitors or ARME, then Beta-blockers, anti-cortical receptor antagonists and SGLT2 inhibitors. Once we have established this therapy then we can phenotype patients according to the presence, or not, of iron deficiency, sinus rhythm with high or low heart rate."
